In another epic tussle at Jericho Lane last night Grenadier overcame Sefton with a hard fought 1-0 victory to lift the I-Zingari cup. This sits proudly alongside the Premiership title they clinched a couple of weeks ago. They received the applause of the crowds and were treated to one of the League President’s after match speeches in the winning dressing room after the game. Commiserations to Sefton Athletic who ran them extremely close. The League looks forward to many more encounters between these two excellent teams next season.
